The Cloud Painter

Leo loved watching the clouds. He imagined them as fluffy animals and magical castles floating in the sky. One day, while playing in his backyard, he found an old paintbrush stuck in the grass. It looked ordinary—until he picked it up.

Suddenly, a tiny gust of wind swirled around him, and a soft voice whispered, “Use me to paint the sky.”

Leo laughed. “That’s silly. You can’t paint the sky!”

Curious, he waved the brush toward a small cloud and pretended to draw a kite. To his shock, the cloud transformed into a real, flying kite!

Excited, he painted more—a giant ice cream cone, a floating boat, and even a friendly dragon. Each one became real, drifting through the sky.

But soon, the sky grew crowded with his creations. Birds got confused, and the sun hid behind the giant ice cream cone, making everything cold.

“Oh no! I made a mess!” Leo gasped.

Just then, the wind whispered again, “Only paint what the world needs.”

Leo thought carefully. With careful strokes, he painted the sun shining brightly again and gently erased the extra clouds. Everything returned to normal, except for one small cloud—a friendly dragon waving at him before fading into the sky.

Leo smiled. He had learned an important lesson: with great power comes great responsibility.

From that day on, he still watched the clouds, but now he knew—sometimes, nature paints the best pictures of all.

The End.
