High in the mountains, where the moonlight shimmered on ancient trees, lived a little bat named Echo. He wasn’t like other bats—he had always dreamed of walking under the sun, talking to people, and exploring the human world.
One night, as Echo glided through the forest, he found a mysterious silver pendant hanging from a tree branch. As soon as he touched it, a warm glow surrounded him. Before he could blink—POOF!—he was no longer a bat.

He had become a boy!
Echo gasped. He had arms, legs, and even hair! He could feel the cool night air on his skin. He ran to a nearby pond and saw his reflection—a curious boy with dark, feathery hair and glowing golden eyes.
Excited, he ran toward the nearest village. For the first time, he spoke instead of squeaked. “Hello!” he called to a group of children.
They welcomed him, teaching him about books, games, and the warmth of friendship. Echo loved every moment.
But there was one problem—the magic would only last until sunrise. Each night, he turned into a boy, and each morning, he became a bat again.
As the days passed, Echo had to make a choice: stay human forever or return to his true form.
One evening, as he played by the river, he noticed a little girl crying. Her kitten was stuck in a tall tree! The other children couldn’t reach it.
Without thinking, Echo spread his wings and flew—only, he wasn’t a bat! His human arms stretched into powerful bat wings! He had become something new—half bat, half boy!

He gently rescued the kitten and landed safely. The children cheered, and Echo realized he didn’t have to choose between being a bat or a boy. He could be both.
From that night on, Echo lived his life in both worlds—soaring through the skies by day and laughing with his friends by night.
The End.
