One sunny morning, a little baby named Lily woke up to a big surprise! Her parents brought home a tiny, fluffy puppy.
“This is Max,” Mommy said.
Lily’s eyes lit up! She reached out her tiny hands to touch Max’s soft fur. The puppy wagged his tail and licked Lily’s hand. It was love at first sight! 💕
From that day on, Lily and Max did everything together.
🐶 Max followed Lily everywhere—to the playroom, the kitchen, and even nap time.
👶 Lily shared her toys with Max (even her favorite teddy bear!).
🥕 Max loved snack time—he waited for Lily to drop little pieces of food.
They were best friends, always giggling and playing.
One day, dark clouds filled the sky. BOOM! ⚡ Thunder rumbled.
Lily sat by the window, watching the rain. But Max was scared! He hid under the table, whimpering.
Lily crawled over and patted Max’s head.
“Don’t be scared, Max,” she said in her tiny voice.
Max looked at Lily and slowly came out. He felt safe with his best friend.
When the rain stopped, Mommy brought out a big, fluffy towel. She dried Max’s fur while Lily giggled.
Max wagged his tail and jumped into Lily’s lap. He gave her a big, sloppy puppy kiss! 💋
Lily laughed and hugged Max tight.
Mommy smiled. “You two are the best team!”
And from that day on, Max knew that as long as he had Lily, he would never be scared again.
